The hardness of the crusher's outer bronze bushing may vary depending on the material:
Tin bronze material: its hardness is usually around 95HRB. For example, the phosphorus-containing tin bronze has good mechanical properties and can be used as wear-resistant parts and elastic parts of high-precision workhorses, and its high hardness can meet certain usage requirements.
Lead bronze material: Brinell hardness is generally above 540HB (reference value). This material has good friction reduction and wear resistance, and is widely used in crushers.
Aluminum bronze material: relatively high hardness with high strength. After appropriate treatment and processing, its hardness can meet the requirements of crushers in complex working conditions.
Brass material: relatively low hardness, its hardness range varies according to the specific brass grade. For example, the hardness of ordinary brass is relatively soft, after special processing or adding other elements of brass, the hardness will be improved.
