Author:admin | Release time:2024-10-11

There are mainly the following repair methods for crusher copper sleeve after wear:

Welding repair:

Application: for some relatively light degree of wear, copper sleeve structure is relatively simple and the wear parts are easy to weld operation of the crusher copper sleeve, you can use the welding method for repair. For example, some copper bushings of small jaw crusher can be repaired by welding in the case that the wear area is not big and does not affect the overall structural strength.

Electroplating repair:

Application: When the wear of the copper bushing is small and needs to be repaired on the basis of not changing the original size and shape of the copper bushing, electroplating repair is a better choice. This method is suitable for crusher copper sleeve with high requirements for repair accuracy.

Machining repair:

Application: If the wear of the copper bushing leads to a large change in its size, and it can not be restored to the original size by simple repair methods, then it can be repaired by mechanical processing. For example, for some large cone crusher copper sleeve, it may need to be repaired by mechanical processing after wear.

Replace the copper bushing with a new one:

Applicable situation: when the copper sleeve is so worn that it is no longer possible to restore its usability by repairing, or the cost of repairing is too high, or the service life after repairing is shorter, then it is necessary to replace the copper bushing with a new one. This is the most thorough repair method, which can ensure the normal operation and service life of the crusher.
