Bore Scraper

When scraping and researching the inner hole of copper bushings after setting, the triangular scraper can effectively remove the high point, so that the cylindricity and surface roughness of the inner hole meet the requirements.

The blade of willow leaf scraper is shaped like a willow leaf and is relatively slender. This scraper is suitable for scraping in a certain depth of the bore, especially in the treatment of longer bushings copper bushings bore, willow leaf scraper can be better adapted to the shape of the bore, so that the surface of the scraped bore is more flat, smooth, and can ensure the dimensional accuracy of the bore.

Flat scraper

Flat scraper is also used in the process of repairing copper bushings. In the end face of the copper sleeve or other flat parts with the surface for scraping, flat scraper can play a role.

The blade of the flat scraper is flat, its length is generally about 150 - 200mm, and its width is about 25 - 40mm. When using the flat scraper to scrape and research the surface of the copper bushing, pay attention to the angle between the scraper and the plane, usually keep it around 25° - 30°, through reasonable scraping action, remove the high point on the plane, make the copper bushing plane and the neighboring parts of the fit more tightly and evenly, so as to ensure the overall assembly accuracy.
