When cold mounting eccentric copper bushings, different mounting deviation indicators have different allowable ranges, the following are some common mounting deviation allowable ranges:
Concentricity deviation
Generally, the concentricity error should not exceed 0.05mm. In practice, the use of precision gauges such as a percentage gauge to measure, will be fixed on the axis of the meter, the head contact copper bushing wall, rotate the shaft for a week, read the jump value of the meter, the jump value should be within the above range.
Verticality deviation
When installing, make sure that the copper bushing enters the seat hole vertically, and the deviation is usually not more than 0.1mm, you can use a level or plumb line to check the perpendicularity of the copper bushing on the spot, if you find that the copper bushing is tilted in the process of installing, you need to stop the installation immediately and readjust the position.
Clearance deviation
Clearance between copper bushing and seat hole: Before installation, it is necessary to accurately measure the size of seat hole and copper bushing in order to ensure proper interference, the tolerance range of interference is generally more stringent, such as a certain type of cone crusher, the allowable tolerance for interference is ±0.02mm. After cold installation and return to room temperature, the copper bushing and the seat hole are closely fitted, there is no clear standard for clearance deviation, but to ensure that the fit is tight and there is no loosening.
Clearance between the copper bushing and the eccentric shaft: the clearance should be in accordance with the technical requirements of the equipment, generally around 0.3-0.5mm, depending on the model of the equipment, and the normal operation of the crusher will be affected if the clearance is too large or too small.
