The working principle of the eccentric copper sleeve of the crusher is mainly based on the eccentric structure to drive the moving cone to do the rotary pendulum movement, so as to realize the crushing of materials, as follows:
Power transmission:
The motor of the crusher provides power, which is transmitted to the big gear of the crusher through pulley, coupling, transmission shaft and other transmission devices. The big gear meshes with the pinion gear on the eccentric sleeve and drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate.
Eccentric motion is generated:
The eccentric copper sleeve is mounted on the eccentric shaft of the crusher. Since the axis line of the eccentric shaft does not coincide with the axis line of the main shaft of the crusher, an eccentric structure is formed. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a certain deviation between its rotating center and the rotating center of the main shaft, and this deviation makes the eccentric sleeve produce eccentric motion during rotation.
The rotary pendulum motion of the dynamic cone:
The lower end of the spindle is usually inserted into the eccentric hole of the eccentric bushing and is in contact with the eccentric copper bushing. Driven by the eccentric bushing, the main shaft and the moving cone (crushing cone) attached to the main shaft start to make a rotary pendulum motion. The surface of the moving cone is sometimes close to, and sometimes away from, the surface of the fixed cone (molar wall) fixed on the crusher frame.
The material is crushed:
When the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the gap between the two becomes smaller, and the material entering the crushing chamber is crushed by the extrusion, impact and bending of the moving and fixed cones.2 With the continuous rotation of the eccentric bushing, the moving cone continuously carries out the rotary oscillation motion, so that the material is continuously subjected to crushing inside the crushing chamber until the material is crushed to the required particle size. The crushed material is discharged from the discharge port of the crusher under the action of its own gravity.
In a word, the eccentric copper sleeve of the crusher plays a key role in the working process of the crusher, which transforms the rotary motion of the motor into the rotary motion of the moving cone, and realizes efficient crushing of materials.
